Install BoringSpinner

Search “BoringSpinner” in the Extensions panel and click Install. When prompted, reload the window once so it activates — it auto-updates from there.

Troubleshooting

If something looks off.

It only shows while the assistant is actively thinking — an idle chat shows nothing. After installing, reload the window once, make sure you are signed in, and keep Claude Code up to date.
